Wednesday's Words To Live By - August 17th - August 23rd
Beginning today, I will send you every Wednesday, "Words to Live By" which is a midweek pick-me-upper. It will be a simple but powerful encouragement from the Word to help you apply the Word of God to your life. I know we get Word, Word, and more Word but do we apply the Word of God to our lives every day? Most of the time no, we do not!! That is how the enemy comes in and steal our goods but beginning today, we will begin to apply the Word of God to our lives; we will start with our "Wednesday's Words To Live By."
We will take our Wednesday's Words for that week and apply it to our lives every day until the next Tuesday, then when the next Wednesday's Words come out, we will apply it until the next one comes out and so on. This will not only cause us to apply the Word of God to our lives but it will also teach us how to meditate on the Word.
If you do not want to receive these messages every week, you can opt out by emailing me and letting me know.
God bless you'll as we embark on this journey that will take us to the next dimension in God! I don't know about you but I have had enough of living after the flesh, I want to live after the things of God; I want God's will to be done in my life. I want to be led by the Holy Spirit not by the desires of my flesh.
Jesus died, not only died but He suffered brutally and died for us to be able to live the abundant life - NEWS FLASH! We will NEVER live the abundant life outside of Him; outside of God; outside of ALLOWING Holy Spirit to have His way in our lives!!
So let's get up and do what we do so God can do what He does and stop tying God's hand. He wants to move for us but He can't because we won't open our mouths to declare His Word over our situations! It is time for us to kick the devil out of our lives and out of our affairs and the only way we are going to accomplish this is to apply the Word of God to our lives by speaking It over our lives. However, we must know the Word before we can speak it!
Again, let's get started with this Wednesday's "Words To Live By."
Scripture: John 11:4 - "But when Jesus heard about it he said, “Lazarus’s sickness will not end in death. No, it happened for the glory of God so that the Son of God will receive glory from this.”
Lazarus' death was an example for us to show us that when things happen in our lives, God can turn them around for our good and for His glory. The trials, tribulations, sicknesses, problems, etc. which comes into our lives, are opportunities for God to get the glory out of our lives. God gets the glory because He will take every bad situation that comes to us and turn it around for our good. Therefore, the next time that you are faced with a bad situation, don't mumble, complain, blame God, people, etc. Look at it as an opportunity for God to get the out of your life; give Him the chance to turn that thing around for you good.
