Recovery For The Abused Woman web site is an entity of Abused Woman Ministries, Inc. (AWM) which is a for-profit organization. However, we do accept donations to help us in obtaining our mission, as listed. 

The mission of AWM is to help abused women recover from the bondage of domestic violence, through educational support and training. That is why Dr. Hooks created the Recovery For Abused Woman web site to provide this training online.

The educational support and training will be accomplished through the “Abused Woman Ministries’ Inc. School of Healing” (AWMSOH) using the following programs: “Biblical Foundations of Freedom (BFOF) Program, “Abused Woman Recovery Program” (AWRP), “Tools for Triumphant Living” Program (TTL), and “Abused Woman Recovery Group (AWRG).
